POLL – Will you get Naked2?

2 Dec

Yesterday Urban Decay released Naked2, the “sequel” palette to the original Naked palette. We’re super excited, and both got one before they sold out! We love the Naked palette, so we were super pumped about this. Pants got the e-mail immediately and was on it, but Red didn’t get the e-mail until like 9 p.m., WTF? But no worries, Pants texted Red to tell her, but then Red’s computer wouldn’t load the Urban Decay website… So Pants saved the day by ordering one for Red because she had no problem with the website. Even though they were ordered only two minutes apart, only the first one has been shipped, hmmm….

Also, fun story – don’t Google image search for “Naked2” without also typing in “Urban Decay.” Unless you wanna see some wangs.

Some people say they look too similar, but come on – all neutral palettes are pretty similar. Here’s a comparison with Naked2 on top and the original Naked on the bottom.

Naked2 has five brand new colors, and seven others that have either appeared in other palettes or are sold alone. Half Baked is the only color that appears in both. The palette also comes with a double-ended brush and a mini lip gloss in Naked.

We couldn’t resist. What about you?

You should ask Santa! Shipping is free, then if you don’t like it, you can always send it back. Did you see Temptalia’s post and video? (http://youtu.be/6NJeYIWJFWE) I know it’s 20 minutes long, but she does a really good comparison, shade by shade. Although it’s similar, I still think it’s different enough to justify having both.

Naked2 is a makeup set i’m looking to try out. I’ve already placed an order for it online and can’t wait to try out this palette of colors.
