Super Rave & Review – Stila Waterproof Liquid Eyeliners

26 May

So recently, we glimmer shimmer girls both purchased the Stila Sparkle Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner. We even happened to purchase them in the same gorgeous green color, Electric. The verdict? AMAZEBALLZ! Would you expect any less than with the word “sparkle” in the name? We think not.

The liner has an amazing vibrant color, and there’s plenty of sparkle. It goes on smoothly and lasts all day. This is perfect for the super hot summer, because it’s waterproof.  Some of our favorite shadows we like to use to make the liner pop are: Urban Decay’s YDK and Half Baked, and the Smashbox trio shadow we mentioned yesterday. Definitely a neutral-tone eye with some shimmer with look great with this liner.

And if you’re like Pants and can’t have too much green in your life, then pair it with Maybelline’s limited edition Great Lash mascara in Green Envy.

This photo of the wand is blurry, but the lighting isn’t that great inside at 10 p.m. But you can see that it’s a super pretty bright green and almost matches the Stila eyeliner exactly. I wear this on top of my black mascara so that I can get volume and length. Typically colored mascaras don’t really show up too well, they are just too dark. This is super bright, even when layered on top of my black mascara. I think I have some white priming mascara that I might try under it to see if it brightens it any more.

We’re thinking a the Stila Electric liner might also be fun with a green smokey eye… Might have to try that this weekend. What would you pair it with?
