Alternatives to the Naked Palette

10 Nov

We know that if we didn’t both have the Urban Decay Naked Palette, we’d be sick of seeing all the posts and YouTube videos on it. But just because you haven’t been able to get your grubby little hands on it yet, that doesn’t mean you never will – it’s not a limited edition product, thank goodness.

However, we understand that some people (like Pants) are impatient or maybe don’t want to spend that kind of money on a palette. So today we’re going to give you some alternative options to the Naked Palette.

Avon 8-in-1 Palette – neutral tones, $12

Pants actually has this palette in the neutral tones and really likes it. It has a nice range of light to dark neutrals that go well together. There’s also some gold and coppery shades in there that are really pretty.

Maybelline Expert Wear Eye Shadow 8 Pan – Sunbaked Neutrals, ~$6.50-$8.50

Here is another less expensive option. Maybelline shadows are pretty good quality, and this set gives you eight neutrals to work with. They may not be the same colors as the Naked Palette, but you get a nice range.

Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Custom Eye Enhancing Shadow & Liner –  Bronze Collection, $10.95

This Shimmer Strip offers a collection of shimmery neutrals in light and dark colors, as well as a bright pink to play with.

Coastal Scents 28 Piece Eye Shadow Neutral Palette, $18.95

Many YouTube beauty gurus have and love the Coastal Scents palettes. This one has mattes and shimmery neutral shades, just like the Naked Palette. Also, you get over double the amount of shades than the Naked Palette for less than half the price.

NYX-Nude on Nude Natural Look Set, $11

This fabulous little set comes with nine eye shadows, two lip shades, and two applicator brushes.  In similar fashion to the Naked Palette, the eye shadows vary from matte shades to shimmery ones.

Tell us, have you found any comparable palettes to the Naked Palette?

xo,

Red & Pants
