Friday Poll – Urban Decay Palettes

10 Sep

We are huge Urban Decay fans – their shadows are full of glitter and super vibrant. However, Urban Decay has been trying to put us in the poor house lately by releasing three AMAZING palettes within about a month of each other.

The first being, of course, the Naked Palette. This is still sold out on UrbanDecay.com and Sephora, but keep checking back! It’s not a limited edition, so it will be back in stock and available in the future. If you’re new (or have just been ignoring us), the Naked Palette features 12 full-sized eyeshadows which range from matte to shimmers and micro glitters in “nude” colors, like creams, browns and grays. The palette also includes a double-sided eyeliner pencil and an eyeshadow primer potion.

Earlier this week, Urban Decay released its Book of Shadow Vol. III. The book contains 16 shadows inspired by New York City’s lights and landmarks. Seven of the shadows are brand new colors, and range from glittery to matte greens, purples and browns. It also comes with a purple and a black eyeliner pencil and some eyeshadow primer potion. When Urban Decay released this on its website Tuesday, it sold out in ten minutes (Red got one!). More are on the way, and you can sign up to be notified when it’s back in stock. The rumor is that Sephora will have it in October.

The newest release is The Black Palette, which currently we’ve only seen at Sephora. It’s an online only limited edition item that features six black-based shadows, a black eyeliner and eyeshadow primer potion. This is a great set for those who love bold, rock’n’roll colors.

So this brings us to this week’s question – which of these eyeshadow palettes do you have your eye on?
